Der Echolink-Zugang DG1RUE-L läuft auf der Frequenz von DB0OVM.
Die Technik besteht aus einem Latte Panda 3 Delta aus einem Kickstarter Projekt mit externer USB-Soundkarte von Sennheiser und einem selstbau USB-RS-232-Adapter für die PTT.
Betriebssystem ist Windows 11 und Echolink-Software von Jonathan Taylor, K1RFD
TRX ist ein ausgemustertes Yaesu 7800. Antenne ist aktuell eine 30 Element Gruppenantenne (ähnlich Cushcraft DX-Array).

Eingabe von Rufzeichen:
Die nachfolgende Prozedur ist recht umständlich und wenig praxistauglich, daher hier nur zur Vollständigkeit.
Um ein Rufzeichen für einen so genannten Direct-Connect oder Node-Query einzugeben, muss für jeden Buchstaben und Nummer eine zweistellige DTMF-Sequenz gesendet werden. Die erste Zahl ist die Taste, unter welcher der gewünschte Buchstaben aufgeführt ist (Taste 1 für "Q" und "Z") während die zweite Ziffer die Stelle des gewünschten Buchstabens auf der entsprechenden Taste angibt (1 für "Q" und 2 für "Z"). Bei der Einabe von Zahlen wird eine 0 Angehängt (also, um bei der gleichen Taste zu beleiben, 10 für die Ziffer "1")
Beispiel:
Verbinden mit "K5IHK-R": 07 52 50 43 42 52 #
(bei der Abfrage nach einem unvollständigem Rufzeichen werden die ersten 10 mögliche Ergebnisse ausgegeben).
Dann kann man entsprechend der Position das Rufzeichen auswählen (1 für die erste, 2 für die zweite, usw) * ist Random.
